5/5 experience! We did the tasting menu and every bite was absolutely amazing. The service was outstanding as well and the vibes were immaculate! This restaurant has the best dessert in Nashville - the caramel sundae! I dream about this dessert and have gone back and got it at the bar too many times! Highly recommend this restaurant and experience!

This place is a must try! The atmosphere is beautiful from the dining area to the bathrooms. The food is incredible. We ordered the cauliflower. It was out of this world. Highly recommend ordering. The mushroom risotto had a nice lemon light taste. Also very good. The lava cake was incredibly good too. I think anything you order here would be good. I definitely would come back and try more things!

D & D continues to blow my mind. Egg toast? W caviar?? Speechless. Baked Cauliflower dish was crazy good. Our waitress Kelly/ Caleigh ( Australian accent couldn't decipher:) was perfect. Great suggestions from wine to every side. It's the kind of place where u could just show up and say " bring me something "

We went for the desserts and the espresso martinis and could not have asked for a better experience and late night cap. Each dessert was divine and mouth watering. As a table of 4 we ordered the entire menu and not a single dish disappointed. Every detail in the basement was meticulously planned and the staff was joyful and welcoming. We will return every time we visit downtown as this place is a simply can't miss for dessert.

I was in Nashville for work and friend who lives there recommended Drusie & Darr. She raved about the truffle pizza and it definitely lived up to the hype. I've had great meals at other Jean-Georges establishments in NYC and Drusie & Darr did not disappoint. The restaurant is in the beautiful Hermitage Hotel in downtown Nashville. Unbeknownst to me, the Hermitage is also known for its art deco bathrooms. I normally avoid bathroom selfies but the amount of pink in the ladies' room required some photos. OK...back to the food. We made a reservation for a table but decided to sit at the bar instead. Our bartender, Evan, was great. I started with the Purple Peartini. For my second cocktail, I ordered the Raspberry Lychee bellini but they were out of a few ingredients. Evan promptly whipped up a raspberry-ish cocktail which was delicious. My friend K started with a ginger margarita and finished with an expresso martini. We opted to split a few appetizers to try a little of everything. We started with the sunflower seed dip, burrata, and crispy tuna. For our main, we split the black truffle pizza and the mashed potatoes. The pizza was great but I have to rave about the mashed potatoes. Such a simple dish but it was so good. Butter makes everything better. Comfort food for the soul. For dessert we had the hibiscus poached pear. It's not something I would normally order but Evan recommended it and it was quite delicious. The poached pear sits on top of an almond puff filled with gianduja ice cream. What's not to like? This is definitely on my list of places to return to on my next visit to Nashville. Don't forget to check out the bathrooms. Not your parents' bathrooms that's for sure. The ladies room features pink marble walls and floors, rose gold-framed mirrors, bright pink faucets, arched doorways, and glamorous lighting. It's so fabulous that it was featured in a March 2023 Vogue article "In a Praise of a Truly Glamorous Bathroom [https://www.vogue.com/article/in-praise-of-a-truly-glamorous-bathroom] Instagram worthy! Now you can see why I broke my "no bathroom selfies" rule.

beautiful bar with a great beer selection. love the staff, great service. very photogenic bar too. great place for a predinner drink. make sure to check out the mens bathroom and learn the dark history.

Super cute, trendy, great for a date night Nashville spot! They have soft seating with dim lighting at each table. Such a romantic intimate vibe. Their bar area has a personality of its own, super cool design and great for cool photos. From the arrival at the valet through the hostess and service, the staff is very polite, accommodating and responsive. They did sit us right next to the servers station and we had to hear some clanking of their waters throughout the night which wasn't ideal but it wasn't a deal breaker either. We ordered their signature items: their smoked salmon hash and the truffle pizza both which were fantastic. Such a combination of flavors and consistency. Did not disappoint! We did order their squash dip and I'm fine if I never eat that again. I was expecting it to be warm and it was a little disappointing. Cocktails of course were amazing. Ended the night with an espresso martini and it did not disappoint.

Writing a review to boost this place bc it's just toooo good!!!! Located in the hermitage hotel in Nashville, this restaurant by Jean Georges was so delicious. We ordered the shrimp and mushroom risotto and the grilled hake fish. Both of which were absolutely amazing. The risotto was so creamy and rich while the fish was so tender and packed with flavor. We finished the meal with the warm chocolate cake (lava cake), which was invented by Jean georges himself - so obviously a must order. My only complaint was that the service, which attentive and enthusiastic was a little slow especially when ordering our food. The food was quick to arrive though so that made up for the delay!!

Made a reservation online a few days before arriving to Nashville. This spot is inside the Hermitage hotel but it has its own entrance right to the side of the hotel. DRINKS -- ordered a Mocktail: - GREEN BELL PEPPER SODA ***** 5/5 ***** $12 - was AMAZING!!!! So refreshing and delicious and what a surprising twist of flavors. Tip - if you don't like spicy, don't smash the red pepper at the end - otherwise the drink is perfect for those not wanting any alcohol - ps. It's just got this hugggge chunk of ice in the cup so you kinda get not so much liquid :P - TUNA TARTARE ***** 5/5 ***** $24 - loved all the flavors from the ginger soy sauce and the presentation was beautiful - definitely a shareable plate - MUSHROOM BOLOGNESE PASTA **** 4/5 **** $26 - the mushrooms and sauce was absolutely delicious but the pasta itself was very bland as if the sauce was just thrown on top without much cooking time of the two together. But it kinda begs the question of how could they have done it better such that the pasta soaks in the spices of the mushroom sauce better? SERVICE ***** 5/5 ***** - very attentive. I had a new server training with an seasoned server and they let me know right at the beginning what was happening and why I'd see both of them. Granted the new server rang my card up for 4x the amount of my bill which I had to tell them of the error, I suppose I gave them a good live scenario of how to void a transaction and redo LOL Place is beautiful inside. Ambience is a dim lighting experience but staff were all so friendly. They kept checking in to see if everything was ok pretty frequently. This was especially true from the hostess who would go around, checking in and letting us know about the beautiful pink, women's restroom, and a story about the men's. Apparently, there is a ghost in the men's bathroom, and there's a story to that which the house will tell you about. O_O
